Virginia Development Academy strengthens its commitment to player development with the announcement of Bobby Puppione as Head Coach for the 2010 Girls ECNL team.
Virginia Development Academy (VDA) is thrilled to announce the coaching leadership for the upcoming 2025-26 season, reinforcing its position as a premier destination for youth soccer on the East Coast. Leading the charge for the 2010 Girls ECNL squad is none other than VDA Girls ECNL Director, Bobby Puppione.
Coach Puppione brings an elite level of expertise to the 2010 age group, holding a prestigious USSF 'A' License. As the Girls ECNL Director, his deep involvement with the team ensures that our players receive top-tier tactical instruction and mentorship. This leadership move highlights VDA's commitment to providing our athletes with a pathway to the highest levels of the game, including exposure to college, professional, and national team scouts.
The 2010 Girls will continue to compete in the ECNL, the nation's leading youth development platform. Under Coach Puppione’s guidance, the team will participate in ECNL National Events and high-level tournaments designed to maximize player exposure and challenge their technical skills in a competitive environment.
At VDA, our mission is to foster an environment where elite players can thrive. With a coaching staff that includes Technical Director Matt Lacey and Director of Player Development Alex Silver, the 2010 Girls are part of a support system dedicated to excellence. We are excited to see this group continue to grow, develop, and showcase their talents on the national stage.
