Virginia Development Academy (VDA) is thrilled to announce the continuation of our elite training pathway through the USL Youth platform! This exciting evolution of the historic Super Y League is designed to elevate the American youth soccer experience, and our 2010 Girls are at the heart of this vibrant community. By connecting players, coaches, and families to the broader USL youth-to-pro pipeline, we are ensuring our athletes have every tool necessary to reach their highest aspirations.
The upcoming summer season, running from June 7th through July 29th, promises to be one of our most intensive and rewarding yet. Our 2010 Girls will participate in curriculum-based sessions twice a week, focusing on technical proficiency and tactical intelligence. These 75-minute sessions are paired with high-energy, small-sided games to ensure every player gets the maximum number of touches on the ball in a demanding yet supportive learning environment.
Beyond the practice field, the USL Youth program provides our squad with a competitive edge through a 6-8 game league schedule. This national competition platform allows our players to test their skills against top-tier talent while being inspired by the inclusive and professional atmosphere that VDA and USL Youth provide. It’s not just about the score on the board; it’s about meeting our young athletes where they are and fueling their growth at every stage of their journey.
