VDA 2010 Girls prove their elite status by going undefeated while playing up in the U17 top flight at the prestigious Bethesda Cup.
The Virginia Development Academy (VDA) 2010 Girls have once again proven that age is just a number when it comes to elite talent and determination. In a stunning display of skill and teamwork, the squad traveled to the prestigious Bethesda Cup and delivered a performance that has the entire youth soccer community talking.
Competing against older, more physical opponents, the 2010 Girls took on the challenge of playing up in the U17 top flight division. Despite the age gap, VDA showcased their signature technical proficiency and tactical discipline, finishing the tournament with a remarkable undefeated record. This achievement highlights the incredible growth and competitive spirit fostered within our Woodbridge-based academy.
Every member of the squad contributed to this milestone. Notable efforts throughout the event were seen from Anna, Ari, Camille, Carter, Chaya, Harlow, Julia, Leina, Mardea, Naomi, Ryder, Sara, Selin, and Caelyn. Their ability to maintain composure under pressure and execute their game plan against older competition reflects the high standard of player development at VDA.
Performing at such a high level in a showcase environment is a testament to the hard work these athletes put in on the training pitch every week.
